Yes. Please contact us as early as you can and we will move your appointment to the next suitable slot. Early notice lets us offer your time to another client and keeps your preferred slots available in future.

Weekends and evenings fill up first, so we recommend requesting your appointment one to two weeks ahead. Send a request through the site and we will reply with the closest available time.

Your wig installation includes a scalp and hairline prep, secure application, and a finished blend and style. If you would like your unit customised (plucking, tinting, cutting) or revamped, let us know when you book so we can allow enough time.

You are welcome to bring your own unit or bundles. If you would prefer us to supply or make a unit for you, mention it when you request your appointment and we will confirm the options and cost before your visit.

Sleep in a satin scarf or bonnet, keep your scalp moisturised with a light oil, and cleanse gently with diluted shampoo every two to three weeks. Avoid heavy products and pulling your braids into tight styles while they are settling.

Most protective styles are best removed within six to eight weeks, depending on your hair growth and how the style is holding. Book a takedown or a fresh install rather than leaving a style in past its comfort point.

With proper care, box braids can last 6 to 8 weeks. We will share aftercare tips at your appointment to keep them fresh as long as possible.

Knotless braids usually take 5 to 7 hours depending on length and size. Please do not book on a day you have a major event, we never rush the work.

Yes. We offer gentle braiding for kids with a patient, calm approach. Bring your child's favorite snack or tablet.

Absolutely. Clients travel to us from Bowie, Greenbelt, Hyattsville, Columbia, Silver Spring, Baltimore, Washington DC, Northern Virginia, and Delaware.
