We appreciate your selection of Fabi Chase. Prior to scheduling your appointment, we kindly ask that you take a moment to familiarize yourself with our store policies.
A deposit of $30 is necessary when you schedule your appointment. To confirm your appointment, please text your name along with your desired hair color to 240-584-3932 the night before your appointment. This deposit will be subtracted from your total payment.
We supply hair for a variety of styles, including bohemian braids, cornrows, island twists, Senegalese twists, knotless twists, regular braids, and knotless braids. However, we do not supply hair for locs, passion twists, kinky twists, Senegalese twists, or crochet styles. We can suggest appropriate hair options for these styles.
Ensure your satisfaction before leaving the shop. Any issues with your hair can be addressed and resolved within two days following your appointment.
Additional fees may apply for human hair, hair accessories, changes in style, and adjustments in length.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment incur no charge. You may also reschedule your appointment up to two times with the deposit paid.
We provide a range of colors for human hair pieces, including colors 1b, 1, 2, 27, 30, 613, 350, and 4. If you have any preferences, please provide at least two color options.
There is no extra charge for color on knotless or regular braids, except for color blending. However, color bohemian braids (27, 30, 613, 350), triangle braids, and color blending will incur an additional fee of $15.
We do not provide refunds.
Before your service begins, please notify our braiders of any allergies to hair products or any specific preferences you might have.
We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, or Zelle for both the deposit and the final payment.
